Sending the package

TTemplo offers transportation throughout the national territory, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international "export" transportation (Europe, America, Africa and Asia).

For the shipment of international transport "export" (from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain) the price depends on the volume of the order or packages to be sent, bearing in mind the customs and taxes of each country, if it had them (they will be borne the client's).

Product collections

The customer can also collect the order or product in our warehouse by appointment. Before taking the order, the customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying the perfect condition of the product (s), so that, once removed from our warehouse, there is no possibility of claim for damage, breakage, or blows to The pieces.

National Shipping

As a general rule, orders placed through our website will be managed within a maximum period of 24/48 hours once payment is received.
Orders placed through the store, email, telephone or other means will be managed in the same way.
National shipments may be delivered by TTemplo or by agencies that TTemplo has arranged for transportation (Depending on the package to be sent).

Transport with TTemplo: The client will offer an estimated day and time slot in which it will be available at their home, premises or warehouse to receive their order. The client will have to be there to be able to make the delivery of the order, otherwise the delivery would be canceled having to make a new one, which could entail an additional cost. (If you can not be you will have to notify 1 day in advance).

The delivery of the order only includes natural means (ladder or elevator), in case of need for a crane it will be borne by the customer.

Transport with Agencies: The agency will collect the order in our warehouse and TTemplo will provide the customer's data for delivery, normal delivery will be 4 to 8 days. Consult for 24/48 h deliveries (they carry an additional cost). It is noted that the transport agency only makes street deliveries.

The client has to be pending to collect the order that the agency will make at the destination, if the client is not there, the agency may charge an additional cost to re-deliver the order. If the address initially provided by the customer is wrong and he had to change the delivery address, this will also incur an additional cost. If for any other reason unrelated to TTemplo or the transport agency they had to return the order to our warehouse, this would entail additional costs (in these cases the client will assume it).

Incidents: If the transport agency delivers the damaged or beaten order or package, it is important to take pictures just before unpacking the product, check the product if it is damaged (if so, take pictures as well) and notify TTemplo (if the product has not suffered damage "do not notify") at the time if necessary or within a maximum period of 24 hours. After this period, the agency will not be responsible and no claim will be admitted to TTemplo (not being responsible for the damage).

Island delivery: The estimated delivery time for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands will be 8 to 16 days.

Ceuta and Melilla delivery: The estimated delivery time for Ceuta and Melilla will be 8 to 16 days.

Note: If assembly is required in the order to be delivered (the transport agency does not carry out any type of assembly).

International Transport Orders

Bespoke and custom made to order orders are manufactured in our furniture factory in Indonesia, we also work with more than 250 artisan workshops in Bali, Jawa and Indonesia in general. Buying in Bali and Indonesia from home is easy through our online store.
As a general rule, the manufacturing and delivery process in our container warehouse will be estimated at 3/5 months.
TTemplo will manage the entire manufacturing and international transportation process.
Once your order is manufactured we will attach photographs.
Once received in our warehouse, the estimated delivery of the order is 3 to 10 days.

Collection of orders: Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, the client has a period of 15 days to collect it. After this period, it will have a daily cost of 12 euros / m2 of storage costs.

Being an artisanal manufacture and offering all the advantages of customizing your product, it has a manufacturing time of approximately 45 days, having to manufacture each order for a full container. As it is not a series production, the term may vary depending on the complexity of the orders placed.

International Transport Orders

Once all the orders are ready, the Indonesian office will be in charge of collecting the products, packing them in cardboard or wood depending on the order and preparing the necessary documentation, wood certificates such as (Indonesian legal Wood, phytosanitary, etc.,) and other documents necessary for customs clearance once it reaches the port of Spain. This will have a period of 7/14 days.

Our next step is to reserve the container with all the documentation and orders ready for loading from our warehouse in Indonesia, the loading and fumigation of a container takes approximately 2/4 days.

Once the container leaves the factory or warehouse, it is taken by land transport to deliver the container to the shipping company ship. The shipping company offers a 28/32 day transport with a free occupation of 8 days for delivery to the port of Valencia or the port of Barcelona (the port will depend on the destination of the container delivery).

AET (State Tax Agency) will be in charge of the inspection of the documentation or revision of the container to verify the documents and products, this can normally be done on the same day, if customs requires a different document or inspection, the term may be extended. Once approved and inspection passed, the container will be delivered to our warehouse within 2/6 days.

When the container arrives at our warehouse, the process is to unload, organize and deliver the orders. This can take between 2 to 6 days approximately.

As you may have seen, there are many factors that influence the import of a container from Bali or Indonesia, so the delivery dates are estimated, TTemplo will not be responsible for the delay that the container may suffer from third parties in the delivery of the order. if this is not in stock or in our warehouse. So your order could arrive earlier or later than expected on the estimated date.

The delivery time is indicative, claims for delays caused by third parties are not allowed.
